Mission in Church Ministry  has always been a Missionary church, Jesus  Christ’s  life was the perfect

example of missionaryent church of Nepal and Christian communities to spread the love of Jesus through evangelism, outreach programs and community support activities and searing the people with love of Jesus Christ . Missionary  can get involved in our church planning  program in Nepal, Individual  missionary as well as larger groups can set up Christian  programs with these local churches and their missionary outreach programs, using each missionary’s individu work. During His ministry on earth, he taught the gospel at all times,  After Jesus was resurrected, He visited His apostles and sent them to preach to the gentiles. He commanded them, “Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature” (Mark 16:15). The Mission in Church  Ministry mainly focus in evangelism in Nepal according to book of   ( matt 28:18-20) and we have many areas for the Ministry opportunities like Church Planting, Leadership Training Development, Children’s Ministries, women’s Ministries,  Literature Evangelism, Cottage Meetings, Participating in the ministry of local churches, Teaching Sunday School to youth groups, Participating in music fellowship during church services, working to improve conditions in the local community through home construction, environmental health education, House Visitations  etc.
We have been looking for opportunities to share the gospel with Nepal. We need to be vigilant and watch for places where these opportunities arise. Please join with us today as a gospel partner to spread the love of Jesus Christ in Nepal through outreach programs, film showings, house-to-house visits, and disciple-making programs. Church Planting

Church Planting in Nepal

Mission in church works to Church Planting in Nepal. The thought that ‘together

we can reach Nepal with the gospel’ led us to found the Church in Nepal. We collect donations to help spread the gospel and Himalayan Hope Church Planting work in Nepal. This is a Nepali Ministry that is actively taking part in mission by encouraging Churches and equipping them the greater harvest in Nepal. So we already stables some churches, we have  church in Kathmandu,  Sindhupalchuk, Chitwan and Makawonpur,    We work in partnership with other communities to help spread the gospel, There are currently several churches in Nepal who work in partnership with all potential locations for missions operations.
Christianity is still a new religion in Nepal. Until January 15, 2007 Nepal’s constitution stated that the country was a Hindu Kingdom. Under the Interim Constitution proposed thereafter Nepal has now converted its status to a secular state, which is a big step forward towards religious freedom and tolerance, although there is still a lot of persecution towards minority religious groups, such as Christianity. These people face problems of harassment and social discrimination from society at large.
You can get involved in our church planning program in Nepal; the goal of this program is to spread the love of Jesus to local communities through evangelism and community support oriented activities. Individual volunteers as well as larger groups can set up volunteer experience programs with these local churches and their missionary outreach programs, using each volunteer’s individual experience and passion to contribute to the ever expanding Christian community in Nepal.
Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Matthew 28:19-20.

Volunteer program Street children

Volunteer program Street children in Nepal
Mission in Church work and help in Street children in Nepal,. There are currently more than 1000 street children in Kathmandu. They are found in various areas of the city, however do not have a fixed location, due to a lack of shelter and housing.

Outside the city of Kathmandu, there are over 4000 homeless children who are living in other cities in Nepal such as Chitwon,  Pokhara, Biratnagar, Dharan, Nepalgunj, Bhairawa and other cities as well. The children living on the streets are 90% male and 10% female. The reason for the increase of children living on the street is due to more urbanization, migration, lack of family support, poverty, increases in unemployment rates, and abandonment. There is no organization that exists to provide shelter or emergency support for children in such circumstances. As a result, they spend their days walking the streets, and sleep on the streets, which is dangerous and unsafe.
The nation has not drafted any program or policy to try and place these children in homes or shelters, in order to keep them safe and healthy. It is extremely necessary to support the deprived street children who are shunned by their family, parents, and society. It is also likely that street children get involved in prostitution for survival just so they can provide enough food for them to eat. Due to the tough and unjust street life, these children get involved in using tobacco, smoking cigarettes, hent, hasis, alcohol abuse, smell dendrite, and even in some cases the injection of drugs. Some are even found to be affected by HIV due to their lack of education and sanitation of their lifestyle.
The street children rely upon tourists as a way to survive. Once tourist season comes to an end, they are left digging through dirt and collecting plastic as a way to survive. Due to lack of food, housing and cleaning, street children are covered with bed bugs and louses all over their entire bodies. They sleep with dogs and their whelp in the street, they suffer from various diseases. It is necessary to help rescue the street children by volunteering and helping in the fight for the preservation of children rights. Therefore, we hope to help rescue them from further abandonment by providing a stable and safe enviornment where they can flourish and grow. Mission in Church organize Cultural Exchange volunteer opportunities in Nepal, Nepal is a rich country in culture,   natural resources and landscape.  The country is a hodgepodge of ethnic groups and sub-g roups who speak over 100 languages and dialects and there are numerous festivals that are celebrated throughout the year in traditional style highlighting enduring customs and beliefs. Culture Exchange program is targeted to anyone who has a keen interest in Nepali culture. After the completion of intensive Nepali language training, volunteers will stay with Nepali family in village through participation in village life. Volunteers will experience the different local culture while sharing their own culture and custom.

Main result of culture influence Volunteers gain cross-cultural experience through this program. Home Stay Program is suitable for family, an individual or a group. There is no age bar. This is a unique opportunity to experience Nepal differently that traces a lasting impression. Home stay program is best organized from August to December. You can get the opportunity to know the social economics status, social psychology, social sociology, and social anthropology of Nepali peoples.

Placements are available all over Nepal whatever you like. The Kingdom of Nepal is a large and very diverse one. We ca n place you with a family in the mountains, the valley, the jungle, the desert region, or in Kathmandu. Each region has its own standards when it comes to religious practices and cultural mores. You will live with a family in your chosen location and adopt the life style practiced there. It will be incumbent upon you as a volunteer to personalize the experience and share with your host family and with the community your own life lessons and practices, with an obvious respect for theirs. They will also have the opportunity to visit and help out at the local school. Home stay programs are best organized from August to December which is the time when most large Nepali festivals take place. This makes for an overall more exciting experience for the volunteer.

English Teaching Volunteer

 English Teaching Volunteer programs in Nepal

The Mission in church offers English Teaching Volunteer programs across Nepal. It is an enriching and satisfying experience where volunteers get the opportunity to teach students who are eager to improve their conversational English skills. Students born into the current Nepali school-going generation value their education and are motivated to be taught new things about the world.

Volunteers work either in Nepali public or private schools, in either a regional or urban setting. Our schools are scattered across Nepal, in areas such as Kathmandu, Kathmandu Valley, Chitwan, Pokhora, Hetauda and Nawlprasi. They may also be asked to assist in other school activities such as sports and other extra-curricular projects whilst volunteering.

The program consists of teaching the subject of English to school children for 2 to 4 periods of a day, with each period running for 45 minutes. Volunteers will be required to teach 6 days a week. Saturday is a day off for volunteers to enjoy some free time and there are occasionally public holidays. Most children in private schools have a good command of English but may still need practice and guidance. Government school children have a beginner to moderate level of English knowledge and language. Depending on school size, class numbers vary from 15-25 in private schools to more than 50 in government schools in lowland areas. In more remote areas of Nepal, there can be as little as 15 in a class.

In urban locations like Kathmandu, in the first week a local teacher will assist you to conduct the classes and address any language barriers or concerns if it appears during teaching. You will be asked to run the class once the children become familiar with you. Volunteers shouldn’t be concerned about what to teach, as all private and government schools follow a Nepali curriculum which can be implicated in teaching. However, if one is confident enough, volunteers are more than welcome to apply their own teaching blueprint.

Private schools offer the opportunity to teach other subjects other than English, however due to the language barrier, this option cannot be made available in public schools. The Mission in Church is focused on providing shelter, food, and education for orphans in Nepal, a third world country that is currently in political decline and lacks many essential sources, such as proper healthcare, social support organizations and emergency shelter. By providing these orphanage children with a safe and enriched environment the MIC hopes to make a change to the children’s lives and point them in the right direction though our love with God   in hope to create a successful future for themselves and Nepal. We hope to give happiness and fulfillment to those who would otherwise be forced to live in very difficult circumstances.

While volunteering in the program at Mission in  Church, there are many areas where volunteers can contribute using their education and skills to provide a life-changing experience for our orphanage children. Short term volunteers will usually work with “The Living Orphanage” in Kathmandu, and those who volunteer for longer periods have the opportunity to visit, live and work in Mission in Church’s affiliated orphanages across Nepal.

Your volunteer work will be to help these children build life skills by assisting with homework, teaching English and Health education, helping with arts and crafts, and taking part in daily activities.  Your particular skill set will determine how you will spend your time at the orphanage children , as each volunteer is unique. By becoming involved in the lives of these orphans, you will be taking on a mentor role, similar to that of an older brother or sister, and show them compassion in a way that will have a huge impact on their lives.

This is a great opportunity for anyone seeking a special experience that differs from the tourist activities of the Kathmandu Valley. The children are in need of attention, love and affection. We hope their charming personalities and quirks will affect your life as much as your help will affect theirs.

We want to introduce” Himalayan Hope church “ministry.  This ministry was established 14th Feb, 2005, and this ministry is fully   dedicated to the people who have heard the Bible and serve God.  We have opportunities in many areas of the ministry. Nepal has largest communists in Hinduism, Buddhism and other Hindu cult. People they practice idol worship and sacrifice the animal blood to be free from sin. They worship of evil spirit is very famous in Nepal because of that   many people are in darkness.  So we request to prayer for this ministry in Nepal.
